Refund policy

Thank you for visiting our site! We are offering a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
Products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with information material, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@essentialsbysema.com. We will inform you regarding your return status and once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with return instructions and address. Please do not sent items back to us without first requesting a return and receiving acceptance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt and please contact us immediately in the unlikely case of a defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We offer custom blends upon communication. However custom items, unfortunately cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return items, and let you know the status of your refund (approved or not). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
